How to Become a Wholesale Customer
To become a wholesale customer, please contact us. You will be asked to return a Wholesale Application, the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate, and a copy of your resale license.
Ordering Online
After you set up an account online, just let us know your user name. We’ll update your account in our system to indicate you’re a wholesale customer.

Minimum Order Requirements
There is a one-case minimum order requirement. That’s either twelve 100g bottles or six one-pound canisters. You can mix and match different formulas of the same size to meet the requirement.
No Personal Use
Wholesale customers must resell all items ordered; personal use is prohibited.
Order Processing
Orders received by 10am ET Monday through Friday will generally be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 10am ET Monday through Friday will generally be shipped out the next business day.
Credit Card Orders & Backorders
Your card is usually charged when you place your order, as long as the items are in stock. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until the item(s) becomes available. We will contact you if any portion of your order is backordered.
Shipping
Our standard shipping option is usually via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail service, but just let us know if you’d like your order to arrive sooner. Shipping costs are based on actual UPS or USPS shipping rates calculated using your ship-to zip code.

You can view the status of all your orders anytime by clicking on the My Account tab above.
Product Returns
Please check each order for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any problems. All product returned must be unopened, have all the seals intact, and be resalable. No pricing stickers or non-removable tags may be on the product package. Product returned will be credited at invoiced price. A Return Authorization Code must be obtained before returning any product. The retailer must honor customers returns. There are no returns, exchanges, or replacements after 90 days. Credits will be issued against future invoices. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits on product returned not due to our error. There are no refunds of shipping fees for returns not due to our error.
Terms of Payment
If you have been extended credit terms, payment must be received at our offices by the “Payment Due By” date on your invoice, generally 30 days. There is 1.5% interest assessed monthly on all overdue and unpaid balances.
Collect on Delivery (CODs)
For your convenience, we are happy to ship your order COD. The UPS fee for handling CODs is $10 per shipment.
