HOW TO ORDER
You can order by phone, fax, or online. For phone orders, please call (800) 456-9654 or (212) 727-3151. For fax orders, please send to (917) 369-1446. To shop online, click here.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received by 11am Pacific Time Monday through Friday will generally be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 11am Pacific Time Monday through Friday will generally be shipped out the next business day.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Your card is usually charged when you place your order, as long as the items are in stock. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until the items become available. We will contact you if any portion of your order is backordered.

SHIPPING
Our standard shipping option is via UPS Ground service, but just let us know if you’d like your order to arrive sooner. Shipping costs are based on actual UPS shipping rates calculated using your ship-to zip code. For international orders or delivery to PO boxes, please contact us for appropriate shipping rates and transit times.

ONLINE PACKAGE TRACKING
If you selected UPS as your shipping method, you can track your package online at any time. Just log-in to your account to view the status of all your orders. There is no tracking information available for orders shipped via US Postal Service.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, let us know whether you’d like us to replace the order, issue you a credit for a future order, or refund your money. If returning product, you must first call to obtain a Return Authorization Code. There are no refunds of shipping fees for returns not due to our error.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Only one certificate, coupon, or discount per customer (pre-tax). Only valid on orders placed with Emerald Products, Inc. Not valid on previous purchases, shipping fees, or gift certificates. Cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Coupon must be presented at time of purchase. Not redeemable for cash. Coupon may be used only once. Cash value of 1/100 cent. Must be redeemed prior to the expiration date.
