Rice Bran is a valuable source of fiber and CoQ-10. It acts in conjunction with lecithin to facilitate spirulina absorption, especially working the lower intestine. We use rice bran instead of other brans because fewer people are allergic to rice (as opposed to grains like wheat and corn).
