Thoughts on Emerald Energy’s® Serving Size
If you have not used a product like this before, start with 1/2 teaspoon of Emerald Energy® stirred vigorously into a 6 to 8 ounce glass of your favorite beverage (such as orange juice, vegetable juice, or rice milk). Do not mix Emerald Energy® with hot liquids as this can destroy the natural enzyme value. Drink Emerald Energy® 20 to 30 minutes before eating breakfast (after you’ve been “fasting” through the night while sleeping). Within a week or so, you can gradually increase by 1/2 teaspoon increments – up to 2 to 3 teaspoons – one or two times daily. Proceed slowly to find the amount of Emerald Energy® that’s right for you. It’s also important to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day to maximize Emerald Energy’s® effect.
How Long Does a Bottle of Emerald Energy® Last?
We offer Emerald Energy® in 100g bottles as well as in 1lb containers. How long a bottle lasts depends on the serving size and how many times a day you’re using Emerald Energy®. For example, if you use a teaspoon every day, a 100g bottle will last you nearly two months. Numbers of servings in both sized containers are as follows:
100g Bottle: 50 1 teaspoon servings (2 grams) or 33 1 1/2 teaspoon servings (3 grams)
1lb Container: 227 1 teaspoon servings (2 grams) or 151 1 1/2 teaspoon servings (3 grams).
How to Store Emerald Energy®?
It’s best to store Emerald Energy® in a cool, dry place. For optimum freshness, store Emerald Energy® in the freezer. Ideally, enjoy Emerald Energy® within six months of opening.
Taking Emerald Energy® Late in the Day
Since many people report an energy boost with Emerald Energy®, it is best to avoid taking it late in the day or before bedtime.
Pregnant, Nursing, or Pre-menstrual Women or People on Prescription Medications
Pregnant or nursing women or people taking prescription medications should always check with their qualified health practitioner before using Emerald Energy®. Pre-menstrual women should not take Emerald Energy® Femme.
Color Variation
Emerald Energy® is an all-natural product and, as such, there can occasionally be variations in color. The first ingredient in all our formulas - spirulina – can vary in color due to seasonal fluctuations in growing conditions. These color variations in no way affect the nutrient or enzymatic content of Emerald Energy®.
