Directions: Start with a 1/2 teaspoon of Emerald Energy® stirred vigorously into a glass of your favorite beverage. Do not mix with hot liquids as this can destroy the natural enzyme value. Gradually increase serving to find the amount that’s right for you, up to 3 teaspoons, three times a day. Ideally drink 20 to 30 minutes before eating. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Always consult your health practitioner before using. Store in a cool, dry place.
